Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions sets out the procedures and policies in accepting of return and exchange once the Product is delivered to the User. If you do not agree to the terms contained in the policy you are advised not to transact on the website and forthwith leave and stop using the website.

We at Jaagriti’s Concepts reserves the right to alter and enforce this Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User. Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the Policy that governs your return and exchange of an order for Products on the website. Such policy changes shall majorly have prospective effect and not retrospective effect, unless otherwise specified herein.

It is recommended that every time you wish to use the website for purchase of Products, please check the Policy to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time when you are placing any order for Product(s) 

While raising a request for return on the Platforms

Please keep the item in its original condition, with MRP tags attached in manufacturer packaging. We may contact you and / or carry out verification checks to ascertain the damage or defect in the product.

The Customer can return the Product(s) purchased from us provided the Product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions.

  • Product is damaged.
  • Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged.
  • Product is defective or is not usable.
  • The Product is of bad quality.
  • Parts of the Product or accessory is missing.
  • The Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the website.
  • The Product has not been worn, washed, cleaned or tampered by you.
  • The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material including brand boxes and protective coverage is intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The serial number code of the Product, as applicable, should match with our company records.
  • The accessories delivered with the Product are returned along with the Product, in an undamaged, unaltered conditions.
  • The Product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
  • There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or any form of damage or defect on the Product.
  • The Product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • We are satisfied that the Product has not been rendered defective, damaged or unusable.
  • User has not breached any terms of this Policy.

This products is eligible for free replacement within 48 hours of delivery in an unlikely event of damaged, or different/wrong item delivered to you subject to availability of the product.

Few Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Jaagriti’s Concepts reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer as necessary.

We reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request for a Product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Jaagritis Concepts does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. You hereby grant Jaagritis Concepts a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
